What shipping options are available and how long will it take to be delivered?

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders placed on
santoir.com.

  • For most Spain orders, delivery is guaranteed next day if ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday.
  • Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.
  • Orders being delivered to Europe will take 1-2 working days and orders being delivered to the rest of the world will take 2-3 working
    days.

Santoir is not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. For more delivery information click here.

Which courier will deliver my order?

All purchases made on santoir.com will be delivered by DHL Express through its GoGreen program.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from DHL. Using the tracking number and link provided in this email you will be able to track your order, register further instruction for the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour) or opt to change the delivery address. Please note that changes to the delivery address can only be facilitated within the same country as the original delivery address.

Is signature or ID required upon delivery of my order?

A signature and ID are required upon all deliveries for security purposes.

What shipping provider do you use?

Santoir uses DHL Express for all customer orders purchased online.

Can I change my delivery address?

For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. This ensures the safe and accurate delivery of your item.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Purchases made on santoir.com will be delivered by DHL Express. Tracking information will be shared with you once your order is shipped.

Can someone else receive my delivery?

Yes, as long as the person accepting your delivery has a valid photo ID and provides a signature.

What should I expect from an express delivery?

Your order will be delivered by DHL Express 2-7 working days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. DHL Express will send you an email to share tracking information once your order is shipped.

As a reference you can consider the following approximate timeframes:

  • European Union: 1-2 Working Days
  • United Kingdom: 1-2 Working Days
  • Rest of Europe: 2-3 Working Days
  • USA: 2-4 Working Days
  • Japan: 2-4 Working Days
  • Rest of The World: 2-7 Working Days*
*Kindly be aware that although most deliveries to the Rest of the World are typically fulfilled within 2-5 days, there might be a slight delay for deliveries to more distant locations, including Australia, China, and the UAE. However, all deliveries to these countries are expected to be fulfilled within 7 days.

Upon arrival of your delivery, you will need to show an official photo ID (passport, driving license or EU ID card).

Can I re-arrange delivery if I am not home to receive my order?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, please reschedule your timeslot using the DHL Express platform shared to you over message and email. Please note, official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser will be required upon delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders made through santoir.com undergo prompt processing to facilitate expedited delivery to you. Consequently, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered. Should you wish to initiate a return upon receipt of your order, kindly consult the enclosed return instructions accompanying your shipment.

To view the full list of countries Santoir ships to, please click on the country switcher located at the bottom left of any page on our website. If your country is listed, you can proceed to place your order for delivery to your address.

Will my order come with a gift receipt?

All orders are also sent with a physical gift receipt, excluding prices.

Is it possible to have a gift order sent directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, you can enter the recipient's address in the section "delivery address." Please, bear in mind that you should enter your own address as the "billing address" (that information will be included on the invoice and gift receipt).
