What are your returns and exchanges policy?
Free returns are available within 14 days of your online order delivery date.
Simply login to your account and select returns or send an email to contact@santoir.com, indicating the return request with the order number and the emailed receipt. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return.
Refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays in Spain or the country of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original buyer, in the original method of payment.
Exceptions
