Can someone else receive my delivery?
Yes, as long as the person accepting your delivery has a valid photo ID and provides a signature.
Will my order come with a gift receipt?
All orders are also sent with a physical gift receipt, excluding prices.
Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?
All items purchased as a gift are gift-wrapped on a complimentary basis.
Is it possible to have a gift order sent directly to the gift recipient?
Yes, you can enter the recipient's address in the section "delivery address." Please, bear in mind that you should enter your own address as the "billing address" (that information will be included on the invoice and gift receipt).
How do I shop for someone who lives in a different country to me?
Please ensure you have switched to the country you want to have the order delivered to. Use the country switcher to select the country. The country switcher can be found in the bottom left-hand corner when browsing on desktop, or in the main menu when browsing on mobile. By selecting a country, you will browse and pay in the local currency.
